Peter Gandolfo

Director of Business Development, Drucker Institute

Peter Gandolfo is currently director of business development at the Drucker Institute, a social enterprise affiliated with Claremont Graduate University and grounded in the management principles of Peter Drucker. He leads client management for their Un/Workshop consulting practice. Gandolfo is also a marketing advisor for inVibe, a new digital insights tool that combines the simplicity of mobile messaging with the rich insights derived from voice, picture and video-response technology. He spent nine years at Mattel, Inc., where he focused on brand strategy, product development and the creation and execution of consumer marketing plans. He managed the toy line in support of the Oscar-winning film Toy Story 3. He also worked on a variety of doll brands, including Barbie, Disney Princess, Brave, Sofia the First and the record-shattering Frozen. While in the Marketing Leadership Program at Ford Motor Company, Gandolfo received the Inuksuk Award for leadership and diversity. He also spent several years in account management at advertising agency FCB (now Draft FCB), where his clients included AT&T, Cardinal Health and WebRN. His professional career began in the mailroom of Alltech’s marketing department, where he worked his way up to product manager for a variety of products in nutrition.
