Chief Information Officer, Keeneland
Brad Lovell is the vice president and chief information officer at Keeneland, where he is responsible for the information technology, advanced deposit wagering and mutuels departments. Prior to joining Keeneland, he was the managing director and chief information officer for NASCAR. He was responsible for several key technology initiatives related to timing and scoring, tracking licensing agreements and assisting in securing corporate sponsorships. He reinvented their IT department and implemented a five-year strategic plan that enabled the automation and streamlining of the competition process. Prior to joining NASCAR, he was the director of information resources for Brown-Forman, the Louisville-based corporation featuring brands such as Jack Daniels, Canadian Mist and Southern Comfort.
